Food Orders

All sales are final once an order has been prepared and served.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, late pickups, or dissatisfaction based on taste preferences.

If there is an issue with your order (such as incorrect items, missing food, or quality concerns), please notify our staff immediately at the time of purchase or delivery so we can address it on the spot.
Event Deposits & Catering Services

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm any catering or private event booking.

Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled event may be eligible for a partial refund or credit, at our discretion.

Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable, as inventory and staffing are reserved in advance.
For large-scale events or custom décor packages:

Cancellations must be made at least 90 days (3 months) before the scheduled event to be considered for a partial refund or credit, at our discretion.

Cancellations made within 90 days are non-refundable, as props, supplies, and custom décor are purchased and prepared specifically for your event.
Special Circumstances

If we must cancel or reschedule an event due to weather, equipment failure, or unforeseen emergencies, we will issue a full refund or apply a credit toward a future event date.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days once approved.
